These terms apply to your use of this website and to all purchases from Your Handy Shop (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us
Your Handy Shop is a trade name of De Ruiter Socials, Broeker Werf 8, 1721 PC Broek op Langedijk, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 99327465. VAT number: NL005379121B05. Email: info.yourhandyshop@gmail.com.

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on US orders of $35 or more; orders under $35 have a $4.95 shipping fee. Shipping costs and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is due at the time of your order.

4. Shipping and delivery
Our products are shipped by our international fulfillment partner. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to your shipping address.

5. Returns and refunds
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery; we will send a free replacement or the correct item. Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery; return shipping and any customs fees are paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for all details.

6. Product information
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly from photos. Please use products as described in the product description and instructions.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damage caused by using a product in a way it was not intended for. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Your Handy Shop or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
