Free shipping on US orders of $35+. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.
Processing time
Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time
After processing, most orders arrive within 6–10 business days, so usually 7–13 business days after you order. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages.
Lost or late?
No tracking update for more than 35 days, or still not delivered 40 days after reaching your local carrier? Contact us and we'll ship a free replacement.
